ECS Fasteners began in 2020 when our founder, Chad Haviland, decided it was time to make a change and fulfill his lifelong dream of running his own business. After nearly a decade working for large-scale fastener distributors, Chad was interested in doing things differently: establishing close working relationships with vendors, crafting a controlled and personalized customer experience, and cultivating growth opportunities for both his network and clients. That’s when ECS Fasteners first opened its doors, and we hit the ground running.
What started as a single storefront in Wakarusa, Indiana, has grown into a thriving and dynamic source for high-quality bulk industrial fasteners. We experienced immediate and exponential growth as we creatively and comprehensively managed global supply chain disruptions. We worked around the clock, recruiting new workers as well as friends and family members, to ensure that our customers received the bulk fasteners they required to finish jobs on time and within budget. This work ethic defines our business practices as we look to the future.
